Hotel del Sole

“We stayed there two weeks ago. Our entire stay was very pleasant. The room was simple but very clean. The service was great. Breakfast was perfect. They were friendly and very willing to help with our itinerary and gave great suggestions! Located just a few minutes walking to the center of town. Private parking lot on property which was so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!”

“What a wonderful place to stay in Riomaggiore! They are situated higher on the hill which was nice to be away from the crowds at night. Definitely have your luggage transported to the Hotel because it is a bit of a walk. The two people who run the Hotel del Sole are so kind and full of knowledge. The breakfast in the morning was more than enough: fruits, yogurt, toast, meats, cheeses, pastries, and coffee. The room is typical for a hotel and the tile had a little bit of wear but we are glad we chose to stay here. We felt safe and enjoyed the location.”

“Great place to stay, Enrico is super helpful. Close to the train station/ centre of Riomaggioare and plenty of food spots. Lovely patio area to sunbathe too.”

“We absolutely loved this place! Enrico was incredibly helpful and explained everything we needed to know about seeing the 5 towns. The breakfast was light and simple but delicious and just what we wanted. The rooms were spacious and very clean with nice soft towels. The only negatives are just a personal thing and , luxuries that can't really be expected in a place like this. I wanted ice, which is difficult to get anywhere in Italy. And we had some issues with the Wifi strength and dropping one night. But really, how much does that matter in a place like this?? We would definately come back here and recommend it. The location was also perfect and they have great easy parking if you drive.”
